SS Hammer Help

I recently installed a Stainless Steel Heavy Halfblock hammer in my sniper. Before with my older hammer, I could pump the gun and the bolt would clear the breech no problem. Now however with the new hammer the bolt will not entirely clear the breech so I could see problems with feeding when playing.

Any ideas to remedy the problem or suggestions?

adjust your cocking rod out.
unscrew the adjusting head on the back until the bolt fully clears the breach when pumped back.

edit: OOPS didn't see that halfblock part. NM.

its a halfblock it doesnt use a cocking rod. is the bolt pin hitting the milled slot in the body? if not you may need to adjust your sled position on the pump arm. if the pin is hitting the body and bolt doesnt clear not may need to mill the slot longer.

I was afraid of milling that but I think that is what I'm going to have to do. I tried messing with the sled but it the pin still hits the slot. The pump stroke feels butter smooth with this new hammer, because the halfblock kit pin engages farther back you can build up more speed with the pump arm and just at the end of the stoke it rests on the sear.

Thanks for the help hawaiianking.
