It's mostly finished functionally, but not anywhere near finished aesthetically.

I don't actually play with a hopper generally, but I thought it'd be interesting to try to make an autotrigger. Seemed like a good way to get me into the machine shop at school. I decided to make it all myself and not use the CCM stuff.(I heard it was like 50 bucks for the cam/arm/pump arm) I need to clean up a few things, round a few edges, and make things look pretty. But it works like a charm. Fires at just about the right point in the stroke. (just before the back block touches the body).



Here's a video. Unfortunately the sound got thrown off after I uploaded it to youtube. I'm not sure why that happened. So it sounds like the gun fires a while after the back block hits the body when it actually fires just before. My fingers putting full pressure on the trigger during the video.

I'd put up a how-to but I'm already finding lots of flaws in my design(I didn't really have a design, I just started making parts out of scrap). I'll try a few more things, then if I can get a solid semi easy to follow process I'll put something up.
