I will make up an aluminum one tonight. Lurker I too am using energy total vs velocity graph. I don't think a Nelson will match a regged sniper for velocity curve but maybe total energy out. I do not believe 60 shots at 275, at least if we keep using science and not Canadian magic.
Lurker I was using 675 freak insert. I could probably do better if I had a small bore eigen barrel.

Nelson Valve Evolution (Project Leprechaun)
This... I could never find it. Forgot it was you who did it Lurker. Math is never wrong.
Any way of factoring for a variation of valves and barrel lengths?

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

For some more data points if anyone is interested, I did some extensive testing with a redux and a set of thunder pig springs over here:
VKC Duck #51 tuning thread
I eventually sold that gun off but I was pleased with the results from a pistol with just a short barrel. I think that gun could have been a contender for the record if I started fiddling with hammer weights and power tubes. All those tests were with stock phantom internals.
