Help name a part I think I need

I'm looking for a bolt that has a threaded socket on the end I can use to create a 90 degree angle. Does such a thing exist?

Something like this rod end, but threaded:

I want to thread another bolt in that hole to use as a lever.

Does it need a bearing?

You could probably drill and tap a linkage end or threaded rod clevis

Nah doesn't need to be a bearing. I want to replace that knob on the back of this feed gate with a lever.

The knob is threaded so I just want to replace it with another bolt with a threaded joke that I can then attach a lever of some sort.

I'm going for something nicer than just a 90 degree bolt.

Hmmm. That might work. I'm headed to the hardware store today to pick through the bolt bins to see what might work
