Question Help wanted from a PGP owner with a ruler or caliper.

Hi.

I have advanced at my workshop course.
Now I find myself infront of a CNC lathe.

There are no excercises for me to do, so I
can do whatever I want as long as I do it
like it was an excercise. Meaning, make a blueprint,
do the G-code, execute the program, validate the result...

I have a PGP that is missing some pats.
I want to make them and restore it to its former glory.
The problem is that I do not know how the missing parts
look like. I have an older PGP that has the old style valve
that need the sheridan valve tool. I do not have a valve
tool, so I can not veryfy that the valve works.
But it's there, so I have to assume that it is also working.

I also have the grip frame with trigger assembly.
What's missing is the pump handle, the pump rod, the hammer,
the bolt (including springs and set-balls), the Co2 plug, the
backplug, the ball tube back plug, the screws to hold the frame to the body.

I can make all of them, no problem.
But I need to know some data. Like that threads are there on the co2 plug,
how far away from the edge is the holes in the bolt and so on.

Can someone help me or point me twoards a list of PGP size data?

I have to pull the valve on mine before the weekend to fix a cup-seal leak.
If I can get my mitts on some calipers I'll get you some of what you need.
I haven't the tools to provide info on the threads but I could get you the rest of the dimensions.

If I understand your diagram you need the dimensions of everything in red, right?

Yes, please.
I am still at the cnc education.
Still able to freely make excersises for myself to the CNC lathe.

If I could repair my PGP and get school points at the same time it would be great.
I will go to work practice (or whatever they call it nowdays) in three weeks.
So I have 15 more days in the protected woomb that is the school workshop.

Measure some parts from your PGP and I'll make spare parts for us both.
That's a deal that I personally wouldn't resist if offered.
CNC made stuff costs money. But these parts could only cost
you some time and mathematic thinking.

I am only this nice with offering payment right now,
because I really can not get a hold of the data for PGP parts
myself without buying spare parts.

Buying them when I can make them myself is against all I stand for.

Okay, I borrowed some digital calipers from a friend -I will hopefully have time to take the measurements you need tomorrow.

Measurements/poorly drawn crooked diagrams are up in my gallery.
Only, what, 3 weeks after I promised them? LOL - I should become an airsmith with that kind of waiting time...
Anyway, PM me if you have any questions or need more info.
