G4 ROF question

Picked up a g4 broken for cheap. Rebuilt the solenoid and fires fine. I really like this dump valve better then my old ion. My question is....Is the ROF like one on an ion in that it s really a recharge rate. That it was a millisecond setting of how quickly it would allow the trigger to be pulled. So lowering your rof really made your gun faster is the g4 the same. Is there a cap chart like i had for my ion so i can cap the bps with the rof and dwell. If so does anyone have this chart or know where to get it?
