They are only good if you are willing to replace a bunch of parts on them. If you want a gun that you can screw a tank on and go, don't pick one of these.

yeah they are cheap for a reason, if you turn it into a pump it's not bad, but for anything else i wouldnt suggest it.

At least one part in the front penumatics, sometimes the valve and you need a reg and asa because they don't come with them.

If you want a cheap cocker just get a Trilogy.

Superbolts come poorly timed from the factory. The pneumatics are pretty much hit or miss. The frame is a little wierd (it's really thin). I haven't heard of any problems with the valve though.

I have, I've heard of a few people who had to pull the valve because various parts of the valve seemed to be made of candlewax.

I bought one and the only thing wrong was a leaky hose. Timing was fine and there were no tolerance issues inside or out.

One of the nice things about Superbolts is that their bodies are extremely small and light. They were the first cocker clone I know of that could be had for under $100, back in 2006 or so.

Mine never worked well as a semi, though. I kept getting leaks from the 3-way no matter what I did and the LPR seemed to have two settings: completely on or totally off.

I ended up converting the gun to a pump, replacing every single part except the bolt, feedneck, detent, and velocity adjuster. It's now my favorite gun.

I ended up trading the pneumatics to someone who needed the front block. He said they worked great for him, so who knows?
