Already been proven that won't work from an economics stand point. Think alcohol and prohibition.

Wasn't Prohibition with Alcohol making alcohol illegal?

Isn't alcohol currently legal, controled, and taxed?

Granted it's not perfect but I'd say it works.

NOTE - Personally not for it, but legal and taxed is what I think will end up happening with it.

I'm not sure i follow you on that one Harb. After prohibition ended most of the illegal funds started flowing into legitimate business(read taxed) hands.

I remember having this exact same conversation with pot friends 20 years ago! It seems more accepted now, then it was at any time in the past so it seems to be loosing it's stigma. There are some negatives though so I hope they aren't buried in everything going pro-pot. My company has made it very clear where they stand about pot and a positive test regardless of a Dr's prescription or not.

Well, organized crime isn't really in the business of rum running into the states, so on that front I'd say it was a success. Think of the money that could be saved on pot enforcement alone - courts, cops, jails. Put the money into fighting real drugs.

Sky Friend, lol. excellent. The first paintball shop I ever worked for, my bosses were constantly blazing in the back, I have no idea how they expected customers not to smell it... every day i went into work it smelled like a grow-op.

Of course I would never smoke that green poison. It's trash really. the worst thing mother nature ever gave us. Huge mistake.

oh yea, pot will be legal. Don't worry, they will take away hundreds of our other liberties in exchange for that one, and convince us we live in a free world.

Why do we always find out about places like this AFTER they get busted?
Dang man, I would love to go up and get some game on, then score some potent bud from the field owner, head to the house and veg. One stop shopping, simplified.

Wonder if my field owner is making some money on the side?

lol
