How may of you have offered to pay shipping just to get your stuff back at whatever stage of completion? I think he failed to learn the lesson that that's an easy way out. If you make the offer again now, I wonder if he will take it?

We shall if anything comes of it.

You know, its pretty hard to track down all the emails and whatnot from 2003 on....
If you followed those instructions - You'll get your gear back. Maybe not completely fixed, maybe not completely working, but you'll get it back. After you file both claims, be sure to stay in comms with Officer Papke. All you have to point out is that:
He's had the project for years
You have paid, and received neither your gear nor communication

See, he HAS to reply to her emails. He also won't give her som BS excuse either.

Well, I guess I'm just hoping for a completed project. As per my name I was having a Splatmaster project going so for me, I would rather get back the finished project than getting a 30 dollar Splatmaster back and having spent 250 dollars for no reason. Either way I E-Mailed Punisher today, we'll see how it goes. Given that its my first E-Mail over the entire time period I don't think he can say I've been pestering him, because I haven't. Will keep everyone updated.

Yeah, in your case just getting your splatty back would be bad. What were you having done? This topic is a rambling mess anyway.

Aluminum barrel from a Phantom barrel, cocking knob and "slider", and the big thing was a CCI based valve with adjustable velocity and replacable pierce pin. A lot of Splatmasters of mine I barely can use because the pierce pins are done on them, and the entire assembly is part of the valve.
