Slider vs CCM Frame

This is something I've wondered because I noticed a huge decrease in number of kills + wasted shots when I transitioned from a slider frame to a CCM S6... I don't know if the AT just spoiled me or I just don't like the CCM frame at all compared ot a slider.

So:

Do you prefer a Benchmark Slider or a CCM Frame (86 or 45, doesn't matter). AT kits are available for either, although it doesn't seem like there are very many reviews on the slider AT.

I personally love my 86 frame. Very comfy and I don't find I waste shots much

My kills on the field is not affected by the frame as much as it is affected by tank size, barrel length and gun style(inline poppit, spool or stack tube poppit)

Use (used) all three, I like them all, but I did select CCM hinge. I like the crispness of the pull. I agree with lobo though, I really dont think the grip dictates my "kills"

While I have never used a CCM grip/trigger setup, I like hinged triggers over sliders. But like others have been saying, I don't feel like I have wasted shots over a trigger, more over the gun I am using.

I dunno. I felt I had a lot more shortstrokes with the hinge and whatnot. I'm not sure why.

Bingo! I ran through more paint my first day out with a CCM AT than I had in the previous 2 months.

The break on the CCM 86* frame is pretty crisp even compared to my real steel Kimber. I polished the timing lug & hammer and its is even cleaner. The AT is nice but if I want to 1 ball that trigger pull is nothing but a hard thought and doesn't leave much for the "monkey jerking the trigger" to screw-up.

You will get use to what ever you play with...IMHO, I love CCM hinge frames...I never understood the slider frame luv. The hinge has a shorter trigger pull.

Keep playing with it and you will get use to it!

So long as it's a 45 frame it doesn't make a difference. I don't understand why people like 86 frames.
Also I tried the gat autotrigger for sliders and it made my sear to high that it caught on the hammer not the lug. it worked fine but I didn't work right for me
