Although I wouldn't consider it against the rules (assuming you aren't wearing any sort of photog or bright orange/yellow gear), I'd just say its a bit inconsiderate, and I"ll catch a few balls from it in the end. Ever since the incident mentioned above, with the player in a photog jersey, I've had to be extremely careful to represent myself as a photog so that I don't get shot (I can't afford to replace a camera).
