Battle Pump

I received a Pirahna LB today that has more rust damage than the seller led me to believe. The body is in fine shape, the rear asa has some surface rust, but the grip is in horrible shape. What it does have that convinced me to pay the top dollar for it was the battle pump on it. I have never used one before, and I still need to use it in a game, but shooting it in the yard it was VERY comfortable. I have heard other people say before that they do not like them. Is there something that I have not experienced yet that will possibly cause me to change my initial opinion of the pump?

No, probably not. If you find it comfortable now, then your hand fits the pump very well and it'll always feel comfortable. Those who don't like the battle pump tend to have hands that aren't the same size/shape as Glenn's, or those who switch hands when playing.

I have little girly hands, and, therefore, can never get a battlepump.

Thinking of maybe makng my own somehow, using my own hand for the mold...

freedom - sell the pump or the gun and pump? I have considered it. What would you be willing to pay for it?

I figured you probably were. I haven't decided yet whether I am going to keep it or not. It was a nice find though.

Their was a discussion about making your won a while ago in a Battle Pump thread. It was one about if they were easy to break or not.
