Milsim isn't banned though, There's a huge business here for the after market Tippmann add-ons.

And again, the law up here is against replica firearms, not milsim paintball. You also can't own a BB gun that looks like a real firearm without it having the permanent orange tip.

Anyway, i doubt any legislation will occur in this case. The mother has what? a couple hundred signatures? versus the thousands that play in that state annually?

So the old revolver looking paintball markers might be included.....

There was a member here (i do not recall who) who had one confiscated at the border and tested at the RCMP firearms lab before they finally shipped it to him something like 8 months later.

So yeah, it's not just the new stuff; one of the local guys had a problem with his Tib 8 at the border too.

How about a headline like "Bad Parent Fails to Adequately Educate and Supervise Her Child."
Unfortunately thats pretty much how far too many parents are these days. You never hear the words "personal responsibility" anymore and thats also in regards to parents trying to teach their children to be responsible. Blame everything and everyone other than those directly responsible. Don't get me wrong, I feel for that young man, but common sense escapes even the most well educated persons, and quite frankly, from having seen this type of behavior (lifting masks in games or in areas where games are being played) over the better part of 20 years, I'm shocked not more folks have lost eyes.
