Well, cameras are becoming smaller and smaller. It's been a long time since the first televised woodsball games. Now we can place tiny recorders on guns, helmets, vests etc. It's not like this show will be a sportscast, where live footage is expected. Rather - if it's anything like other reality shows - it will probably be heavily edited, which is how paintball is best displayed.

To further explain myself: Iw as not talking about how milism PB shouldnt be on TV, just that its not paintball as a whole. Becuase of the pulics lack of understanding, I think that the show is done in the wrong format. More than one type of play needs be shown, ie Genuine Woods play one week, speedball the next, milism the next, stockclass the next, ect and so on. The show focuses around paintball, and partly the "survival" concept our game started with. It truely is a brilliant idea, it just needs to be done with the whole sport in mind and not just the interests of one company and what they would like the sport to be (type of play) becuase thats more or less all weve seen thus far and it failed.

Simplicity works, though, and that's why I think what they have may be somewhat of a success. If they try to do too much with one concept, they'll just confuse people.

I think they can do a lot with it, without having camra men on the field. Helmet cams on each player for the whole see what they see. Mounted cameras at key locations.

We shall wait and see how they do it. If it is done wrong it won't be tried again for 40 years or so, done right who knows..
