on the new kits does the oring n the dump chamber face forward or should it be at the back of the firing can? Is this the proper order of assembly?

That is the proper order for the o-ring. It sandwiches between the powertube and the can insert.

Hey got the closed bolt kit all up and running, good work I'm very impressed. Now I've got to figue out how to get it to fit inside a dye UL frame
