Your do what now?

As I said on PBN, this is awesome, and IMO, the first aftermarket trigger for Tib's that's actually worth spending money on. Others may have been aesthetically pleasing but this is the first that I can remember with actual adjustment capability.

The pre-load adjustment basically shortens the distance you have to pull the trigger for the pistol to fire. You screw in that set screw at the top of the trigger once installed which causes the trigger to start back toward the firing position. If you can think of how far you squeeze the trigger on your tib, think about holding it half way between the usual resting position and the firing position then tightening that set screw to hold the trigger in that spot. Effectively you've limited the distance of the trigger pull.

Instead of pre-load, I call it a forward travel limit. However you define it, it makes the pull shorter, which some people like.

That back travel limit screw can be used to stop the trigger right after the pistol is fired. All this is done to take the slop out of the trigger and make the pull shorter. I imagine that this helps increase speed on the trigger as you are wasting less time squeezing the trigger in areas where it won't fire the gun. Of course, we're talking fractions of a second here in savings but whatevs.

Manning is my hero described it pretty well. The preload adjustment screw allows you to adjust how far the trigger travels forward.

As you adjust the preload screw out, it moves the trigger closer to the firing position. This allows the trigger to sit further back in the grip frame and in my opinion it makes the trigger a little more comfortable.

The two adjustment screws working together allows you to take the excess trigger travel out of both ends of the trigger pull.

Long Bow T.ac8.6(would be a .5 because its mated with a T.9back block and has a +.1 because it has FS bolt and spring+a few mags)
This toy is screaming for a new trigger. Ive got some Fixxer triggers on my Twin T8s but like you said those are really just "eye candy" a trigger with an actual purpose is awesome and I cant wait
