So far the improvements are working out really well.
The pinless cylinder kicks ***.
The alignment dowels make it really esy to assemble everything. I cant tweak the positions at all so it makes things a little stiffer, but it means anyone can strip it withou having to reset the alignment.
BTW - ccm dust black barrel kits appear to be a perfect color and texture match. Works great together too. I was using mine all day for testing. DSP raincovers slip right on and match up nearly perfectly withthe porting. And clears the feed as well.

The improvements look awesome to previous runs.

Invoices sent..... lol
I removed cylinder pins from the orders since they do not exist any more. Except that I made 2 for nugg014 since his was a parts order.
keep in mind that these are an overly complicated and oddball device. you will run into bumps in the road. They are NOT efficient ( never have been, never will be). They run on co2 which is very temperamental at lower temperatures.
Paint size will be important to you. It needs to be a reasonable fit to the cylinders. You also have to match it to your barrel.
There is only so much that can be done with a springfeed stuffing paint into a fixed sized cylinder. Only a limited amount of spring force can be applied before it simply mushes the paint. IE large or mishappen paint just won't feed reliably through the springfeed.
always remember to check your index position by hand before trying to cock it after a cylinder change.
Fully stroke the cylinder every time. you will chop paint otherwise.
air tool oil for the power tube orings and triflow/wd40 for the detent and action.
