| Custom Gunslinger Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Sarasota, FL | In an effort to help sales to people that may want a wrap-around style grip there is an option to give at least a semblance of that. I have had these for my own 1911 pistols and used them on paintball markers as well. They give a nice grippy feel to smooth good-looing panels like what Robertsr is making. Pearce Grips Pearce Grip - Colt's Government Model 1911 Page A place to buy them: httphttp://www.midwayusa.com/eproduc...emid=799381:// Robertsr: I am just about ready to hit you up with my design for the grips I will be putting on my new 45 framed Nasty HT Also what about some panels for the CCM 86* frames. I will be happy to volunteer to let you borrow the set from my Phantom for you to make the mold from. Been looking for something to jazz up those for awhile

| Ultimate Battle Monkey Z | Those Pearce grip inserts are GREAT! I have them on one of my MicroMags. They are super comfy, and you can use any 45 grips with them. The only caveat to them is that they aren't really suitable for double trigger frames without modification. The best place I've found them for sale is at Cheaperthandirt.com 72853 - Finger Groove Insert, 1911 Govt, Rubber, Black - Manufactured by: Pearce

| Ultimate Battle Monkey Z | New sculpted design now available. These would be the "Heraldic" grips. They're off the same base design as the Dragon grips, so you can mix and match if you like (Lion-Dragon, or Dragon-Coat of Arms) Also new on these grips is a new process called "Lava". It's available by quote only as it's a super pain in the arse to get right. ![]()
