Looking good. I like how you have that smoothed out piece going through the lever assembly. Any other views of that?

When I get around to it I'm going to do detailed pics of each piece including the plumbing, I just got excited to get it back together and firing so I snapped a few quick and dirtys to get posted.

It's basically just a piece of 3/4" rod shaped to fit into the front of the 12g pocket at the front and shaved to a point at the rear to match the stock, with a channel milled underneath to clear the air line and fittings. It's probably my favorite piece on the whole gun even though shaping the stock, doing the checkering, and shaping the barrel clamp were all significantly harder/more time consuming to make.

It just looks so much better than having a 12g with a lever over top of it, and the brass in the front, middle, and rear of the gun with the wood and black anno in between just sets it off really nicely.

Thats pretty nice looking PR.

I sure admire you guys making parts the hard way.

If you want it bad enough you just make it.

good job.

This one will be hanging around a while. Even if I did decide to sell it at this point I wouldn't take a penny under $2K

Thanks Bill I have access to pretty decent equipment, but to be honest I'm completely stabbing in the dark when it comes to using it lol. I'd be curious to take a course in machining one day just to see how completely effed up I've been doing it all this time compared to the right way...

What kind of efficiency to you get off that 4 oz? I would guess at least 150ish, maybe closer to 200. I wish I was able to do what you did there, it looks almost exactly like what I had in my mind since I got my DSG. Nice job man

When I was using it on my TPX I cleared 300 easy. Not sure what it gets on the DSG yet but it should be more, if anything.
