Pretty sure Dukie has fairly categorically stated he wants nothing to do with woodwork, but even if he could make a Winchester 1884 style receiver that could sandwich a Phantom body and hold an over-barrel springfeed, along with the lever mechanisms, and accept the 1884 style stocks (which attach with four screws into the tang) I'd be all over that like white on rice. Hell, I'd sell pretty much every gun I owned to have something like that. Especially if it were brass!

Eh, I'm more after a lever action that I can inlet my own stock for. Or maybe some sort of insane lever action for the new DSP, I know the slide would have to be held still and would just be a cool body kit at that point but imagine spin loading that thing one handed on the run...

I said i wouldnt put wood on my machines.

We were taliking about a lever assembly, not en entire new build.

You would have to sell every gun you owned and more for what you want lol. where on earth would you even get a commercially available stock for that?

The stock is the easy part, there are repro's everywhere. I had one I had gotten off of ebay for $70 in unfinished walnut.

what about a new frame assembly that has a lever built in and a swept back frame so your hand goes round a 12gram bucket that is screwed into normal back bottle valve and a bit of a spacer (ala the bit infront of the changer on a DSP frame) to the lever?

Grip would be at whatever angle the 12 gram changer is at off a back bottle valve and the trigger would have to be shifted back an inch or two.

Suppose you need to be in my head to picture it, and the feed would have to be rock back or it'd be in the way.

just need to figure out a way to make the trigger/lever assembly mate up a phantom body with a mossberg 500 or other standard stock. its just that simple right? haha.

Yeah, except I don't have the finger strength of a gamma-infused Bruce Banner.
