Maybe TechT.

But, I wouldn't spend money on a bolt with a DM. The guns are really well engineered out of the box. You could upgrade the board, obviously, although again the stock board is nothing to sneeze at.

The reg is good, the LPR is good, the bolt is good, the board is good. Kinda boring, but not a lot of upgrades are needed.

If anything I would just pick up a barrel kit and maybe a clamping feedneck. Past that there isnt much to upgrade. I wouldnt waste money on a bolt that is going to be nearly identical to the stock bolt.

Just my 2 cents.

Nearly any aftermarket bolt you have available to you would almost be a downgrade. Often times, the carbon fiber bolts are a little too fat, and the TechT bolts actually make the gun function differently, and often times worse in the case of Matrix guns with LPRs.

Leave the bolt alone. Get a critical trigger. I have one on my UL'd DM5 and it rips.

I dunno if I would suggest a trigger in place of a bolt...

A serious barrel kit would be a good investment, even if it's just an extra .684 Ultralight back to go with the stock barrel.

just installed a critical trigger... so far it seems to be well worth the money
i've got my trusty kaner kit so i'm set for barrels
threw on a eclipse rail/on-off
got a magna loader.. thinking about getting the RF kit for the UL board
decided agains a bolt... doesn't seem to be enought positive feedback to risk investing in one; the tech at my local shop said nay on the bolt - good enough for me

thanks for all the comments/opinions

If you want to compare the orange bolt to the stock, I have one in my pile of crap Id let you borrow, but fwiw, my stock bolt is installed and the orange sits in the tool box.

The critical trigger is the reason i had to buy another dm6 to replace the one i sold

Why is it considered luck when I put 5 balls on your face from a full run with my Ego, but skill when you shoot me in the back when I walk by the bush you've been hiding in for an hour with a pgp?

Personally, I have had nothing but problems with the TechT in my DM7. I was going to get the spacers to try and make it work, but I'm not going to sink anymore time or patience into it. I haven't heard any success stories at my local shops/fields with this bolt.

I have a Billy Wing Bolt inbound and I'm going to give that a try. Not sure if that will work in a 6.

If the BWing bolt is what I think it is, I forsee better performance for many DM owners. I've been giving my DM/PM bolts the same treatment for years.
