Empire and Paintball Solutions
I played in a drizzle last Sunday, rained pretty much the entire day so I used my Prophecy as it has a lid on it.
Last night I was sitting in my chair watching new episodes of Mad Men and I heard a whirring coming from my equipment bag. Opened it up and I found my loader was continually spinning (and switched off!)
I emailed Paintball Solutions after registering for my warranty (s/n 0001xx) so I guess it was an early one and they emailed me back asking for my shipping address so they could send me a new board. Fantastic!!
I haven't experienced this with any other companies, they didn't ask me to pay for a new one or anything. I just wanted to come on here and share my experience because I am happy.

Empire has decent customer service from what I heard. Glad they helped you out. I'm a fan of their markers myself, own a sniper.
