Foregrip extender

Has anyone ever considered the possibility of making a foregrip spacing bracket for the mini? I would consider buying one of these guns, but whenever I have held one the foregrip felt far too close to the trigger frame to be comfortable. If it were spaced out it would make for a much more natural hold.

I assume all that would be needed is a machined aluminum tray, a male and female set of the appropriate pin connectors, and some short wires to connect them.

Thoughts?

I have, but like most of my other ideas, I can't make them because I don't yet have a mill.

Wouldn't be hard to make this.
