Hey guys.

SO AGAINST BETTER JUDGEMENT I ordered a new mask from Canadian Paintball. Last time I ordered from them, I bought my Phantom. They wouldn't give me a refund for the shipping, even though the item was well over 150$.

ANYWAY. **** sucks, right? Move on.

I thought I would give the company another chance. They had the cheapest Dye i4's that I could find. So I order. All's well, right?

The next morning I log into my email to find that the mask I ordered was not in stock. Even though the website listed it as such. "Oh, great" I said. "Would you accept a Gold/Black version, instead?" They said. "Hey cool, that's great!" I said. Maybe things were looking up, after all!...

A week later I receive my package:
A little piece of brass about one inch long arrives at my door. An "A5 RT STEM". I find this concerning.

HOW DO YOU **** THAT UP? Honestly. This **** can't be this hard.

So far I'm incredibly displeased. I'll update on this thread as things happen. Currently I've just sent an email to them, explaining that this mask is far too small and made of brass.

So he calls me soon enough after this email escapade, and says he's shipping the mask to me tomorrow.
Not express or anything to make up for his blunder.
Just shipping it. Tomorrow.

Patience, say the Jedi.
Lawyers, say I.

Oh well, at least I had fun writing a ludicrous email.

Took six days for my mask to arrive. But at least it's a mask this time.

He did end up shipping me the gold/black i4s, so that was nice, I guess.

But the bad thing is that they were definitely a floor model: they have hair stuck in around the foam on the goggle. Unless that's from the factory. Which I doubt.

So it looks like he wanted to get rid of extra (older) stock, and so he "upsold" me on the gold black floor model.

TL;DR: Im never ordering from Canadian Paintball again. Their service has been poor to just barely adequate on two transactions. First transaction, he would not honor his free shipping guarantee. And now, second transaction, he completely screws up the order, sends me a small brass part, and then 'cuts me a deal' and sells me a floor model mask.

FAIL.
