I have always been able to get a response from Joe when I message him thru Ebay.

I do not get involved in these type of threads for the most part. I have spent $3-4000 with Joe and thought very well of him until I had pump kit of his break(pump guide snapped). I tried contacting him several times, he never got back to me. I think everything is great with wwa until there is a problem then you are s.o.l I have seen this on many forums regarding joe.
I spent lots of money(parts,rippers,and pump kits) I really feel that I spent enough money that I should not have been ignored.

I've placed 2 orders with him and both arrived quickly. I just received an order today, July 5th, that I placed Sunday July 1st.

It's too bad others don't seem to have had the same experience.

all this talk is scaring me... i order $230 in parts from him, he said they would be shipped monday (yesterday) that night, i email him asking for a delivery conf. number and im still waiting on it. although the emails about business are slow going, the first time i had Q's about his products he emailed me back the same day... hmmmm
