Semi or Pump (bolt)

Which do you use? Regardless of feeding method. Semi or Pump (bolt, single shot, etc). I'm debating what to pick to dabble in the FSR category.

I use whatever I feel like. Mood determines it.

Although, I must say - Using my bolt action with fs is pretty sweet.

Shoot mostly pump but breaking out the Mags or Tippmanns is always fun.

There's a Mag FSR?

I just got an empire trracer, ill let you know how it works with first strike, its breech load only marker. There are a few mag fed FSR guns out there, SAR12 (releasing soon), Scarab arms, milsig para pro, tiberius arms pistols and rifles and a couple others. I think the cheapest mag fed FSR set up would be the kingman hammer 7 but i cant say how well it works. Unless you guys were refering to automags...i dont think any can accpet first strikes unless you mod the breech or load it musket style.

Sorry no only first strike stuff I got is my T8.1 and to some extent my Trracer. I prefer the T8.1 for first strike.

I'm sticking with bolt only because I can only imagine the god awful amount of money I would be going through with a semi at $0.40 per round. Bolt/pump action forces me to slow down and aim.

Pump, with a Hammer 7. Love it. Got a Lapco big shot assault .687, it's ridiculous, I'm loving it. I'm running mags only, 4 regular .68 mags, and 2 9 rd FS, does everything I need it to

TinyBear- Have you tracked your average +/- over the chrono with the trracer shooting FSR's? I think I read somewhere that using HPA is is feasible to get +/- 5 fps but wondered if you have any different findings. If you use Co2 let me know what your numbers are for that as well.

Thanks

Semi for me, I still pick my shots carefully, but every so often you need a quick followup shot and semi allows you to do that
