I started to feel a bit of a strain in the back of my thigh...Hamstring I guess? But I stopped the instant I started to feel something out of normal and immediatly started to stretch.

Nothing major, and I am fine now. I just didn't want to continue the workout and risk doing actual damage.

AMRAP in 15 min I got 9

10 Kettle bell swings 1.5 pood
10 box jump 24"
10 strait legged situps

3k run...I got to start getting back into longer runs.

spread over 4 sets I did

50 Overhead lunges 35lb plate
100 sit ups
50 Cleans 60lb
50 push press 45lb

Push ups
Sit ups
50lb push press
Oblique lifts
back extensions
double unders.

Ran somewhere around 5-6 km today...not really sure. but there were lots of stairs involved.
