Down to 146.4pounds
New personnal best
33.4pounds off my body for this year so far
61.6pounds off since 2010 >^\./^<
Going to try D4 thermal shock on days I work
Next year ill need to raise my muscle level :P

Well you can -weight- yourself once a week and then use the mirror method
I use to do it each day after wake up but got tired of it >.>
I feel old tho, I sleep way too early(11h pm, sometime by 9)
On weekend when I got my mate over We play videogames untill 6am <.<

I have no desire to do know my weight right now, would rather not worry over a number. Weighing once a week wouldn't do me much good, my BW fluctuates quite a bit.
I really didn't want to go below 200lbs, but since things are still going well, I think I will continue for a little longer.
