I'm with bobo, use a plastic bag of sorts, maybe freezer bags or grocery store bags or a large trash bag, tie it not to tight so you can reuse it. Or spring for a waterproof duffel.

Dry bags. We use them while hiking. They keep water out. I would assume they would keep water and sweat in. As they are water tight they might help contain the smell.

It's ghetto as hell, but perhaps pinch your gym clothes in your car windows as you roll the windows up? the clothes will be outside the car, air drying while you work.
About what is all the shooting?

I wrap my clothes around the spoiler on the back of my car. They are usually dry enough to put away by the time I get to school or work. I've only lost one piece of clothing, a pair of boxers. And the guy behind me was probably really surprised to see my underoo's flying at him at 70mph.
