Did I miss the part where they found silencers for the pistols?

Also the lack of kick on the pistols is always sad to see.

This episode started after the winter plus they look like home brews so I guess they made them over the winter

Homebrew. Seems they must have realized sometime during the winter that they needed to muffle their shots. Not particularly pleased with some of them, especially the one Rick was using but I can see why they didn't go realistic. They probably don't want people trying to make them at home then having the ATF after them for showing people how to do it.

It's Hollywood, just gotta look past that stuff and try to enjoy it for the entertainment value. Kinda like how nobody had to reload during the yard shoot and everyone hits the headshot nearly every time.

You people are wondering where they got the silencers but don't notice the fact that time went by and the woman is about to give birth? They don't need to cover where they found some silencers....after roughly 8 months of wondering around, I am sure they could find some.

after 8 months of wondering around with in walking distance from the Prison... Im sure they would have found it sooner

I assumed they knew the prison was there, but weren't desperate enough to try and take it.

i just remembered... they did mention going back and forth between a few places because of how the walker packs were moving. so at the end of last season, it may have looked like they weren't that far away... but circumstances may have made them double back away from the prison for some time.
