It was OK I guess, I like the Star Trek one more in all honesty..

Loved the Movie, I really enjoyed how they did the Riddle game. I just loved it. Only thing for me was that there seemed to be a little too much motion blur, I chocked it up to IMAX3D but it may have been the movie or my seat..

I blame the high frame rate at which it was filmed, coupled with being in 3d. I still enjoyed the movie, but next time I see it, it'll be in regular D, not 3D.

I think that the higher frame rate made some of the CG stand out a bit more, also.

It's clearly because we're all nerds. :P

Just came back from watching it in regular, there was still a ton of motion blur in the panning shots and the CG was definitely more obvious in areas. Not sure if filming it in HFR was the culprit or if it was something else but these were most definitely present.

Overall it was a good movie, I'd give it an A- as it's much better than a few movies I've seen over the past year but not quite LotR level. I thought the pacing was a bit off since the first half felt too long and the second half very quick, though I'm not sure how it could have been done differently.

And now we must endure the gruelling year long wait for the next instalment...

Just saw it. I liked it a lot. I too noticed the motion blur and couldn't focus on things some of the time. I saw it in 3D and figured it was that. I'll go see it again in 2D and see if that makes a difference to me.

Watched it yesterday with a buddy in 2D, 3D gives me a headache. I really enjoyed it and drinking helps you ignore the motion blur.
