i remember screwing around with friends in high school programming classes because they were too basic. one of us held the "a" key down for a while. then we ctrl a, ctrl c, and then held down ctrl v for like 5 minutes. we repeated this a few times before saving it, and ended up having a 2mb notepad document of the letter "a." that card would still have held 4 copies of it...

I found an 16MB Canon card and put it in my camera, formatted it and it wasn't big enough to hold all of the formatting information from the camera.

what's the biggest capacity multimedia card (smc? mmc?)? i want to see if they work on sd devices today...
