Favorite Full Framed .45 ACP currently in the horde is my Sig Saur P220DAK:

Though I am tempted to trade this DAK version for a standard DA/SA version. DAK trigger is nice but takes getting used too and is so different from what I normally carry that I worry it will be an issue in the "heat of the moment".

Favorite Compact .45 ACP currently in the horde is my Detonics Combat Master [normal conceal carry] bought new at the Trading Post in Kittery Maine in late '86 early '87 along with an AMT Long Slide that I no longer have . Not a fun firearm to shoot with its small size, heavy recoil and serrated trigger but it conceals nicely, reliable and packs a punch, which is what really matters for a concealed carry firearm:

Image Place holder, can not find a picture of my actual Detonics at the moment

MK 23 SOCOM 45. Dream gun. Unfortunately, will probably only ever be a dream.

I'm a Para fan, have a couple of the P14s along with 9mm slides/barrels for them. Here is the latest version:

Also new and on my list for my next carry gun:

From an aesthetic perspective, this thing is freakin' sexy!

If I was to buy one right now it'd probably be a Kahr sub-compact, if I didn't go for a 1911. 1911's are my favorite mag-fed pistols regardless of caliber.

God I love the CZ 97 B, I heard mags can sometimes be hard to find though and somewhat expensive.

Have you held one? They're stupid big. I wanted one till I held one and realized I'm not an Operator and don't need anything that massive. That's why I got the USPf Tactical shown above.
