Goodluck.

Searching for bull terriers is tough because all the rescue places group them in with pits. There are millions of pits out there and VERY FEW bull terriers. They are great dogs and not many people chose them to beging with. Even less give them up.

I second Petfinder.com: Adopt a pet and help an animal shelter rescue a puppy or kitten. I guarantee there are dozens in your area. Narrow your search to bull terriers only. All adoption agencies should let you interact with the dogs before adopting.

On another note, this is our newest family member:

I was just curious, because I'm pretty much a weekly visitor to the website.
American Brittany Rescue :: American Brittany Rescue

It turns out there is also one for Bull Terriers
Bull Terrier Rescue, Inc.

I don't really want to come off stressing too much that your pup should be a rescue dog, but if its a breed that is really close to your heart, their website can usually help you find breed specific swag which is great for gift giving, and being non-profits they usually do different fund raisers and the like.

Yeah, we have been checking in with the BT rescue one for months now. They are almost always several years old though.

And hvac: You cant narrow the search any more than 'bull terrier' and that website groups them in with pits. Ive searched through literally thousands of pits and not seen one bull terrier. Much less a puppy.

I know what you mean, its tough to find a puppy of a particular breed without going to a breeder.
Apparently its even more difficult to convince my wife that our Brittany needs an older rescue Brit to keep him company.
