Movie Departed

Anyone see it? Reviews? Opinions? I enjoyed it personally. Good casting, great directing, story line was a little fast and in my opinion someone could get lost in the begining, but all and all I'd go see it again. Plus I love the Irish vs Italian vibe I got out of it. And the ending I didn't see coming.

I have the original Chinese version on DVD. I thought it was great. Haven't had a chance to see Scorsese's re-make of it.

I saw it last week and thought it was great. I liked Mark Wahlberg's character and his "interview" style.

I had heard it was excellent from a friend of mine. It is on my "to see" list.

Looks good. I had no idea it was a remake... Interesting. The cast is amazing and Scorcese is a genius. That's the only thing that nags at me. You know, too many cooks and all...

I saw it on Friday night. Overall great movie, great story. At the end I couldn't help giggling out loud with all the bodies dropping. I wasn't the only one either. I've never been a DiCaprio fan as I found him to be whiney. However this movie proved to me that he's a great actor.

Yeah, the original is called Infernal Affairs. It almost seems like they're trying to hide the fact that it's a remake, whick kind of irks me a little.
