If you re annodize that gun in a less durable, less black annodizing scheme without using the annodizing solely to cover the work you put into the gun to cover up the marks from when you converted it to centerfeed..I will be very upset.

Naah, yours was lovingly coddled compared to this one. I didn't even bring the beater on here as I was a bit ashamed to be selling it. The anno was all scratched up, the original m-16 grip had been euro-replaced, and it had some kind of mutt barrel on it.

I still got a good deal on the sale, but it just wasn't MCB material.

I'm the founding member of the Anti-Center Feed Alliance. We in the ACFA would NEVER modify a gun to be centerfeed...

Robertsr - I was going to edit my post to mention something along the lines of "dont get hung up on the centerfeed business..the stock black anno is still precious" or something like that.

I know your a non centerfeed man..you sold your bronze centerfeed blazer and got a right feed just like it ... i was there man! :P

But gosh if your going to ruin the beautiful precise and likely hard black anno you should convert it to quality true right feed and get rid of that powerfeed mumbo jumbo Just needs a good machinist, even though it would no doubt be easy to turn it into a left feed gun.

The ACFA is open to all true right-leaning paintballers. Schmitti, I officially make you the vice president of the club.

No worries on the anno for a while Cunha. I have to get fundage together, and Rainman looks like he may be easing off on anno runs for a bit, so it may be some time.

OK, so here's an odd thought.... but for the sake of posterity and given the NIB condition of this lovely bit of metal why not leave it alone other than perhaps for some reversable internal mods?

So what's it like to shoot one of these? It's a single tube style system from what I can see. But what sort of innards does it have. I'll go drop in on vintagerex and see if I can learn more.

EDIT- found it. It's a blowforward much like an Automag. OK, now I need to get one.... THE HUNT IS ON!

Nice Fox Robert! I have to agree on the anno though, it's just too pristine to redo it in another anno color/pattern.

The trigger is more 'positive' and snappy than a Mag's, and you can't short-stroke it. I can really hammer on mine. Yes, you want one.
