depends...

what board do you have in it?
what LPR do you have?
what HPR do you have?
what ram do you have?
what lube do you use?
how is the gun setup?(this matters on what or how you set both regs to make the gun fire. you might be starving the gun as the reg).

so more info is needed, pics also help.

As far as how it is setup im not sure. Received it in the mail, hooked a hopper and a tank up to it and tested it out. After Shooting it I cleaned off and relubed the Hammer. I was going to replace the battery with a fresh 9volt but stupidly forgot to buy a new one when I went up to the store.

From the research I've done, I believe it is a gen 2 Bushmaster. Here is a picture of it:

alright, now we are cooking with some gas...

the problem is that you are using an SP product on a ICD gun. SP automatically makes it not work...

when you have air, this is what you need to do. this is the setup that i was trying to find.

1)zero out the regs(screw them out so there is pressure)
2) set HPR to about 200-225psi by the gauge
3) raise the LPR till the bolt moves back, then shoot. the bolt should be moving but not quote smooth.
4) give LPR a quarter turn move, as the bolt should now be snappy and move freely
5) go to chrono and adjust HPR for velocity

-use a pair of needle nose or snub nose pliers for the LPR
-if you are unfamiliar, LPR(Low Pressure Reg) is under the barrel and HPR(High Pressure Reg) is in front of the trigger frame
-make sure that the bolt pin is in the hammer
-make sure that the ram is screwed in all the way
-make sure that the detent is not binding on the bolt
-you don't need to drench the gun in lube. light coatings go a long way.

if all of that doesn't work, then you will have to unscrew the back cap off the ram and look for a spring. if the spring is missing or not there, i have stock OEM replacement springs. that spring is to help FSDO.
