Instead of a wall has anyone ever thought about one of those poster previewers you see in stores? It's a vertical book of frames that people can browse through etc.

Putting the patches on boards like that would be cleaner, and take up less room IMHO. Just a thought.

Not a bad idea on Duzzy's part either. Allthough, it is rather difficult to affix patches to boards perminant-style. Adhesive eats through cardboard in a couple years, and I don't know if I have a heavy duty enough sewing machine that would stitch through that. I mean if they go on fabric, and the fabric gets pinned to the swinging wall things, I can see that working efficiantly.

That's a good idea. Blue has one of those that is currently unused in the semi room. The only thing is that he has sort of a theme going there. Patches sewed onto camo and blue panels. Another nice aspect is the tapestry aspect. In a barn made from plywood, any insulation at all is better than none.

In fact, we are considering stapling tshirts to the walls as well.

Happy the say all of my teams that I have played for were in those pictures. I am still amazed at what Mike gets his hands on. The biggest patch, in the last photo, is one I am amazed about. We only had about 30 of those made. Still have mine hanging in the shop. Too cool.....

Um... Tack boards and tacks... Little rolls of duct tape on the back... You could actually use laminate (If you never wanted to take them off again.)... Thumb tacks... Finishing nails... Used chewing gum?

I refuse to believe that with the money people put into bunkhouses, and the markers that have been donated for free, that you can't start up a collection or raffle for some black paint and some blue insulation foam...

Today I was the luckey recipiant of two packages!
One being a box o'smelly goodness (but I'll leave that squeeing for the BPAL forum), and one big box from of patches from Drum!

Sooo I'm going to start organizing, and check out some fabric tonight or tomorrow with my 40% discount cupon at Jo Ann Fabrics. Then to hijack my mom's sewing machine! WOOOO!!!!!! Get this project started!

I can't wait to look. I may just have to take some time to open it up when I take a break in an hour or two.

On that first pic just below the middle there is a DRAGON SQUAD patch. I'd like to know more about the history of it getting there since thats my teams badge from 94-95.
