Has anybody compared it to a mech ion kit?

Consistency efficiency operating pressure?

I added a second o-ring to my Vibe and couldn't tell any difference in bolt force. The electro being lighter makes more sense to me. The Vibe has that little vent in the solenoid. By cycling the solenoid for no more than about 10ms (8?) and when the movement is restricted, I don't think the bolt gets a chance to see full chamber pressure (or vent fully on the front) before getting pressure again. With a mechanical trigger, you will probably always be venting off all of the front bolt pressure.

Since the bolt runs on chamber pressure, you could under-bore and/or run a lower velocity to get a lighter bolt force.

I've never messed with the barrel on the Vibe, but my FS8 is basically the original design and it has a preference of longer (14") barrels (i.e., will usually shoot higher fps with the longer barrel of the same bore).

My wife and I played with the eNMEy this weekend at an event.

It shot really nicely.. super smooth and quiet -- definitely blows away anything in this price point. Felt great with a Rotor and 45/45. Shot quality felt pretty similar to a mechanical ion, but the trigger was much nicer than the mechanical ions I've assembled (I haven't used the DW kit).

Efficiency wasn't great, but certainly workable. I didn't keep close track, but the results I've been hearing of 1k on a 68/45 feel about right from my experience.

First shots out of the box over the chrono were very consistent.. 274, 284, 282, 284.

Ran about a half a case through it at 30-40 degrees, no bolt stick or similar issues there. I did preemptively clean the bolt and re-lube with Pathogen super grease.

Pretty slick with that pipe insulation. Bonus points for the video picking up your breathing. It was like Lord Vader himself made the video!

But... that insulation is likely closed cell, so not preferred for a sleeve like that. It did change things though.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks for the explanation!

Yea I kept sighing since it took so long to unscrew the freak tips lol.

From what I can tell the whoosh tip and aa tip sound pretty much the same. There is a difference when the pipe insulation was put on though.

Tomorrow I'll take some video with the camera down range.
