I'd go with painballgear.ca. Fast shipping, neat packing and, at least they used to, they put in free candy! lol

I typically carry one extra tube and give them 1 ball from it.

I'm an *** like that.

I have only heard bad things about Badlands, and because of this I have never ordered from them.

I use Paintballgear, both online and their physical stores, quite regularly, and I have always been happy with the service, prices, and shipping (if applicable).

I, too, live near Vancouver and have the option of walking into the Badlands in New Westminster or PaintballGear in Coquitlam. Here's the deal:

Badlands more regularly has door-crasher sales which simply can't be beat. Their boxing day and summer sale events offer some fantastic deals. I got a brand new tan TiPX for $150 on boxing day at Badlands.

PaintballGear, perhaps because of how they're structured internally, offer a much smoother and simpler experience overall. If I have a concern, or a question about availability of a product, I always get a straight answer. PBG brings in more new, interesting products than Badlands on a regular basis. Their staff are largely more knowledgeable and helpful, too. Also, they offer more choices in almost every product category, namely paint. Sure, it's between just KEE and Valken, but that's better than only Inka (not that I'm against Inka, mind you).

Overall, I agree that PBG is superior. I still shop at both of them, though. I like some of Badlands' screaming deals, and I like the value that Inka paint offers, but when I need help with a marker, or am seeking a specific product - I more often choose PBG.

I don't know if you've tried the Silver (Fire God) or Gold paints, but they're pretty decent.

Interesting fact about Badlands "deals". They usually violate manufacturer MAP pricing policies.

With that said, I hold a rather bias position, as I work for Paintballgear.

I think that they slip under the radar, because any that would violate it, are advertised as 'too low to advertise'.

Still though, I'd rather support Shane ANYday.

I prefer Paintballgear for most things, but Badlands has some really good sales. Brand new Etek 4 for $400? Yes please.
