| Spec Ops "Ultralite Fusion" Jersey. Since they were on sale I just picked up a Ultralite Fusion jersey from the Special Ops website. In the product description SpecOps relates that this jersey is for warm weather play and that it's on the lankier side. Having now received my order I'd agree with them on both points. This top is fully perforated with holes throughout the entire material. Just moving my arms slowly about I can feel the air flow breezing around my body inside the jersey. If your field has a 2-layer clothing rule (like if you're playing in a local tourney for example) I think I'd stay away from this top for cold weather play, even if the inside layer is a turtleneck or something similar. But come summertime it figures to make p-balling in a long sleeved top easily endurable. Also compared to a common paintball jersey like a JT Pro, IMO the Spec Ops Fusion runs maybe a 1/2 size larger, especially in the shoulders and across the upper chest. If you're a "big boy" or like to dressing in a sagging style, then I'd recommend looking into this product as something that might appeal to you. The one special feature is that the elbows are re-enforced with cordura patches. While they don't provide any padding, at least they present a more durable contact area for those that like to: lie prone and post on their elbows, crawl, trail blaze off the beaten path in brushy woodsball fields, etc. Since I've just got my order today, I can't relate any news on pattern fading, shrinkage, wear, etc. but I think the majority of paintball apparel manufactors have mostly got those bugs worked out & I'll take it on faith that Spec Ops does too. Here's a picture from the Spec Ops site that's representative of what I purchased. ![]() |

| Thank you for the initial review. I look forward to seeing updates as the product is actually used. I don’t think I would get this one though. Mostly because heat has never been a real issue for me and standard jerseys are cool enough (heck I used to play in a black sweatshirt).

| Spec ops ripped off that idea for the jersey off of Matt. Matt is an really good guy, i like the stuff he makes. I feel he should get credit for this .He has done alot of stuff at EMR and for blue's crew.I really don't like what spec ops does at all. I think there a blemish on the sport. |

Also I fail to see how something as bland and common as a camoflage jersey could have been 'ripped off' of someone. Lots of companies make stuff like this, not just spec ops. Now, if they started marketing a marker based off of a new operating principle designed by your buddy matt, THEN it would be something to complain about. | |

Was I pleased to see a company with capital jump into the woodsball area with both feet? NO. I saw it as being the death bell to many smaller companies who up until that point were the only place folks could get certain products. It even hurt MY business (a lot). But in the end things even out and the player and market ends up fine.

| MCB Member | It's sad to see a small business go down. I was shocked when I went to your site and nothing was posted. I guess people just want to pay high price. Sam I think you should sell your Bandus on ebay. I'm thinking of doing that myself. You have a good rep. Just sell them as standard, with out offering option ie team names. Sorry to hear your bad news. Later, Blackrain
