I have the opportunity to buy a broken T8 for 120$ (come with 2 mags, hard case and holster) and I was wondering if it is worth even that. The only information is that it isn't firing, so I'm hoping to get it working. Hope to hear your opinion. |

You can usually get a working one with some extra stuff for about 150. Spend the extra cash and get a working one

I would say it is worth looking at. It could be as simple as the bolt not being in the right place after being reassembled.

I'll ask him when it stopped working, because the ad had no information. Last edited by mcgral18; 08-17-2011 at 02:54 AM.

do not but it unless you know what you are doing with it. they are the most complicated mech gun in production today, and if you dont know how to tech them, it gets real frustrating.

But they are also very simple, and not prone to flying apart during (dis)assembly as some other markers are. The springs can be simply set in place, and tensioned after they are securely locked into their sub component. (With the exception of the safety. But it merely falls out if you're not paying attention, as opposed to flying across the room.)
