Inexpensive yet decently quick hopper

I'm needing something quicker than my old Revy for my Cockers. I sold my last Rotor which I didn't really need. So, what's out there that's got some decent speed but won't break the bank?

Halo.

Either a Halo, or a Velocity JR. Both can be had used (In very good condition) for cheap.

I know the fish lips and they improve the rate to a little faster than I think I can handle.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the Tippmann SSL-200.
It is fast, battery efficient, and well made for about $50.
Loads 12-15 bps and has been trouble free for me.

I have it on my RT Mag, which is a quick shooter.
