Hammer 7 - What to lube?

I have just got into paintball and I started with the Hammer 7. I absolutely love the gun but mine came being anodized purple. So after figuring out how to remove the anodize it dawned on me, I have no idea what I should lubricate. Should I just lube every internal part? Are there parts I shouldn't lubricate? I know this might be a face palm type of question for some of you but I figured I'd ask some seasoned vets.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply.

Do you have a preference on what type of lube? I see many different options. Some look like sprays, others like little eye droppers and some come in a gelatinous form like a can of hair wax.

I have always used the "paintball oil" by extreme rage.

In paintball, you're typically looking at oil or grease. There are hordes of brands of oil- Eclipse, Tri Flo, KC TroubleFree, Outlast, Techt Gundrops, etc. Most grease is just rebranded dow33 or dow55.

Some markers are picky about which to use, but your Hammer7 will not be. Any non-petroleum based oil will work. If you want to keep things cheap and easy go to your local hardware store and get a bottle of synthetic air tool oil like Superlube, because a paintball marker is just a glorified air tool. Lightly wet all the orings and smear a drop over the hammer, bolt, powertube, cupseal with your fingers.

PS - do not use WD40 or gun oil like Hoppes9. Stuff like that will dissolve your orings.

I disagree. 8oz of gold cup typically cost $20~30 shipped. 32oz of Super Lube Air Tool Oil is also $20~$30 shipped.
