I too have the woods and the fire pit to use, I just need people to come by and scout my woods with me. Amber said she's fine with it, my neighbors are fine with it too.

We have options guys.

Guys,

Obviously alcohol will be permitted at the camp out, which is why the field owner is having a locked gate policy. Since no one in out group has ever left the camp out once it has started, I don't understand why a locked gate would be an issue. Again, this is a simple and reasonable measure by the field owner to ensure that there won't be any liability issues with drinking and driving that night.

I can ask about a fire pit.

Please PM me directly with any concerns or questions regarding this event. I'd rather address any concerns via PMs than have the thread turn into a gripe session.

I do know that there is a fire pit in the middle of the staging area. I've seen it used many times.

These are always some of my favorite games of the year, worth burning a vacation day for. I'll be there.

Here's a thought for those with keyless entry.
Hand in your key, but hold on to your remote.

Understood. I can discuss the concerns about checking car keys with the owner, and I'm sure we'll be able to work something out.

Most of us have never been to Airsports Paintball, so the owner has only my word that we are reasonably responsible adults. I'm hoping that once the owner gets to know us, and we demonstrate that our group is a solid bunch of guys (and gals), he will be more flexible with the players he is familiar with. It's all about building relationships, and that takes time. We've had new players attending every game we've put together, and they've always been the primary concern. Fortunately, we've been pretty lucky to have responsible, like-minded players join us over the past few years, as the behavior/conduct of new players is always an "x-factor". One word... "Tennessee".
