Link to manufacturer?

The magnets would also make pod access faster, and more consistent than velcro. I can live with that.

those hunting mitten/glove things at walmart, the stitching around the magnet will fail and then the magnet will simply get lost in the fabric

magnetic paintballs of course! they'll be attracted to all the magnetic sh*t ur carrying!!!

those better be some super duty magnets cause if they arent then the material between will have the magnets too far away, then the magnetic attraction wont be strong enough...

They stole my idea! I had thought of this but seeing as I haven't had a functioning sewing machine in a while, I never took it anywhere. I could have been rich.

Well, I hope it works out for these guys. I feel the industry had gone way too far in the velcro direction in the last several years. Remember when your ten round tubes were dumped in your cargo pockets with button closures? Yeah, we didn't need any stinkin velcro.

Ben, are you saying the magnets failed? or the material worn down enough and it failed to keep the magnets in?

the application they tried including magnet in failed to do the work that they was meant to do and they used good quality magnet.
