Well if there's a gun ban then all is considered as gun. Even if it's a toy.

good job on the interview, you came across very well
I dislike hearing the term "paintball gun" as gun has more negative connotations (my only criticism)

As far as Milsim goes, I got in to paintball with a milsim marker - generally the entry level milsim markers are relatively cheap and appeal more then a more "traditional" looking marker to people newer to the sport(from my experience anyway).

Bad sportsmanship will be found in all styles of the game and it is up to us to educate people and reduce the problem

If they are going to pull paintball gun s that look to realistic does that mean every little kid with a cowboy fetish isnt going to be able an go to the toy store an buy toy an cap guns any londer either? I would bring that up if the law proceeds to push the issue. Including anyone who partisapates in civil war reinactments as well. I cop is never supposed to fire until fired upoun. So the fear of accidental shooting is not an issue in that cause. If so than the officer needs to be punished not the poor soul that he shot. Taking the markers from the law abiding people isnt going to matter anyways. The people causing the issue to began with is the one s who give a $hi..... less about rules laws an regulations. An thats all i gotta say about that.

Not sure if its diff where u live, but where i live, i believe they can shoot you if as long as you're brandishing a weapon and show intent to use it. Unreasonable? No. Otherwise there would be a hell of a lot more dead cops. Any soldier or LEO will tell you that only firing until being fired upon will get you killed.
I believe a couple years back in Cali a kid running around with a full black airsoft gun got shot.
Also read the entire thread dude. This was resolved and was a pure misunderstanding.

I believe it is not even that complex. I think if a suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious bodily injury to the officer or others then the use of deadly force is justified.

It doesn't have to be a gun or something that looks like a gun, it could be a car, a club, knife, etc.

Back on topic, I'm glad to hear the issue is resolved and the markers are able to be sold.
