This is awesome ONLY if it has the same soft foam that the JTs usually come with. I don't know why everyone wants to use that stiff crap these days. I miss Scott USA.

So these make more sense why our team was half wanting JT's and half wanting E-vents. Looks like they will be spotted at HB but not rolled out for market until after.

Might try to get my hands on a set of these due to the KEE\Empire team I'm on.

Oh man! This solves my biggest gripe about the flexes! the lens system! I love how they are thermal and never fog but swaping them out and cleaning them is such a pain!! This solves everything!

I show people all the time that the spectra lens can be removed replaced and put back together in less time that all these quick release lens. not only that i don't feel like the lines flow at all. one shot to the center of the lens = a nose covered in paint
How the HELL do you pull Flex lenses out in any time under 5 min?? It takes me ages and I usually end up with bloody fingers too!

i do, after every day of paintball. it makes it so much easier to clean and apply anti-fog treatment.

I was wondering what Empire was up to when they started to phase out parts of the JT line. I like it.

Maybe I can finally retire my ten year old mask now. If the foam is replacable that would be a plus too.

Seems like the mentioned two month release will be more like a three month timeline until these are for sale to the general public.

20 minutes to change lenses, eh? It takes me about 3 mins to clean my flex lenses and I've never cracked the inner lense.

I, for one, don't like quick release of any sort anywhere near my eyes. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

I agree with not wanting a quick release lens when it is protecting my eyes from fast flying projectiles. Then again, we live in a sue-happy country and I'm sure they've done the research to ensure such accidents don't happen with the design. I've never even looked into the quick release methodology as I've never had a problem with my old proflex's. They fit, their comfortable, and I trust them. These do look pretty decent.. just need to see how much coverage they give..
