Thought these were cool...for what they are....I can imagine seeing more of them to put over other models as well..

This one was for an ETHA and you could get it in tan or black...tactical housing

Exactly what I was thinking. If this isn't insanely priced I would be interested in buying one. Knowing that it is DYE I am going to assume it will be insanely priced though.

So retail is $1400? Jeez, that's almost full retail for a Daniel Defense M4v7.

Yeah, it's pricey... But at least with a DAM, you get to shoot your friends with it. I hope this marker is a successs. We need more magfed markers out so I'm not the only one playing magfed in my field.

Whether or not the price is justified isn't the whole point. I could see myself paying premium even for a gun I'm going I'll probably drop in a creek, but without like-minded local players it wouldn't be worth it for a magfed.

The etha doesn't cut it for me and I don't think there's a comparison. I held one at the store I wasn't impressed. That shroud is wobbly and unsecured. If you were to mount optics to it and I do, you would have a difficult time keeping your sights zerod.

These new markers are always cool but when is a Company gonna think about the HPA as part of the marker not just something you tack on after. You have these cool lines and then a big 4500 peanut on the bottom of it. I think someone has to look at HPA and markers and find a way to incorporate a tank better into the stock and rear assembly.
