I would try to contact directly. If i spent that much money on a product that was supposed to be so high end and it didnt function 100%properly due to issues they know about I would be demanding they take their product back and hand me my money or fix the issues buy repair or replacement..

This explains why there is a nice selection of them the last few months on eBay.

It says right in their warranty they will not take products back, something along those lines anyways. And If I want them to look at my marker I have to pay shipping. Which is bs when I'm sending it in because their product is defective. The reality is the marker is poorly designed, I could send it in a 100times and it wouldn't fix anything because well, it's the product they made. Kind of pissed me off too when I found out the drivetrain is basically the same as a rail. So what did I pay 1400 bucks for, a rotating eye pipe? If I can buy a new bolt I'll pick one up and give it a shot. If not it'll become an expensive dust collector.

Anyone contact TechT about bolts for this thing?
Their bolt solved my velocity issues with my 07 PMR,saved it from a watery grave at the bottom of the creek at our field too

LOL on that... there is NOTHING more annoying than low velocity issues.

The Dam is... flawed. I kept telling myself it's not that bad. but reality has sunk in. Bryan's already replaced the solenoid in my gun, the fix before there was new bolt parts. Helped a bit but it still leaks, around 290-300 even with a perfect paint to bore match. The main problem for me is the amount of paint this thing breaks. I can shoot a a macdev tactical drone ($500 gun) uncapped 30 plus with zero breaks all day, I can't even use my dam in semi let alone 12.5 bps burst/full auto without breaking paint. I've done everything in the book to try and change this, but it was futile.

I'll tell you right now I'm not wasting anymore time or money on shipping costs sending my marker back in. Dye should have corrected this and sent everyone a new bolt. It's either a problem or it isn't, it doesn't make sense that some guns are fine and others aren't. That's just dye trying to save money. Everyone that I've talked to that owns a dam does have the air leak problem. I will never be buying a dye marker again.
Then let me be an exception to your rule. Here is my current setup:

That barrel is 22" long. It's .683 in bore out until the porting. I have fired first strikes and regular paint through it. It chronos at 285 easily without issue with regular paint. If ever there would be a DAM that was going to leak trying to chrono legal, this would be the one.

I also have a number of DAMs on my scenario team. One or two of them had the issue with the bolt but now that they have the new bolt, no issues. We have about 13 of these total.

So maybe more than one exception. I've worked in manufacturing before with items similar to this and what most fail to understand is the basic principle of mass release. You can test a product for months, have it work flawlessly, and then once you release it to the public something happens that you never were able to have happen during testing. This is especially true of innovative products.
